THE BRAIDED FIG REVIEWS
Decided to book for an evening meal on a recent trip to Aberdeen. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are professional and attentive. Our main courses were both of high quality and freshness. The waitress allowed me to swap bacon for black pudding on my burger, which was appreciated. Our desserts were equally good, which rounded off a great evening. Highly recommended.
We were visiting this restaurant based on a referral and we were not disappointed at all! This is a really nice and cute restaurant in the heart of Aberdeen offering a large variety of great, also Scottish, dishes. The staff was very likable and attentive and the setting of the restaurant is very cozy and great for couples but also for groups. We will certainly come back if we have the chance!
First time here. The service was excellent and the food fantastic. I had the Black Mac, macaroni cheese with black pudding and bacon, is to die for and finished with apple crumble which I was unable to finish. Would I go back, most definitely.

BRIG O'DON REVIEWS
Called in for lunch after a walk around old Aberdeen and Seaton park. The place was immaculate. There was a good selection of drinks and food. Our waitress Leah was great friendly and helpful. We had crispy cauliflower bites, the mini grill which wasn’t mini and onion rings. The food came out quickly and we’ll presented. Vegetarian options: A good variety of veggie and vegan food.
I am not exaggerating when I say I was disappointed after visiting 7 to 8 restaurants from Google search and local recommendations in the Highlands just in search of traditional haggis all the way to Aberdeen and finally my wish of eating traditional "haggis neeps and tatties" finally came true at Brig O'Don. This place is a hidden gem. The place is huge and spacious, quiet ambience, clean and the staff is very friendly and respectful. Yayyy!!! Being a foodie, I love traditional cuisine, I can now say my trip to Scotland was complete.
Really impressed with the service here. When we arrived we were shown to our table and asked what we would like to drink straight away. Drinks came quick then ordered our meal which was also out quick and delicious. Veronica was our waitress and she was excellent. Very attentive, lovely happy personality and made sure our drinks were topped up. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
