Very professional, friendly advice and reasonable prices. Dropped my bike in the morning and was ready as promised before the end of the day. I had cassette, chain, links, front and back derailleurs and chain rings all replaced. So far all works brilliantly. Will update in a months or so.

Awesome service, such nice and helpful staff, they have already helped me out with a load of small things, not charging for tiny jobs and giving really helpful advice and explanations on bike maintenance. Best bike shop around this part of town.

The staff here have been great, from sorting out initial niggles to offering long term support and service. Recently, 2,200 miles and 18 months after buying my Sparta RXS the display had stopped working. I took the bike up to London and was pleased that the lovely staff were able to replace a faulty display holder there and then, completely free of charge, honouring Sparta's 2 year warranty without fuss. Also updated the motor software and gave me some new straps for free.
