I had such a great experience here. I went in to buy an engagement ring for my partner and was looked after by Chris. He was so patient and helpful; understanding how important it was for the ring to be perfect. After I placed my order I was able to stay in contact with Chris via WhatsApp. As soon as my ring was ready I went down to collect, but there was something I wasn’t completely happy with. Chris didn’t hesitate to find out what needed to be altered, and made sure the ring would be ready in time for my proposal. When I went back to collect my ring, Chris was off, but two other gentlemen served me and were also very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flawless to anyone looking for a ring. Thank you to everyone, but in particular to Chris for making this experience so easy!

The staff were extremely helpful and lovely especially Chahat. She was so lovely and made us feel welcomed. She also gave us a tour of the shop and told us lots about the history of Tiffany which was really interesting. She even polished my necklace free of charge whilst we looked around. The service was fantastic.
Visited the store in Old Bond Street yesterday for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Staff were so welcoming and made the visit feel really special. Nicholas was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Jimmy in customer service dept was also really friendly and professional, even cleaned the earrings along with replacing the back. Great experience. Highly recommend.
