I went along to the Mowtowns Greatest Hits performance at the Beck Theatre The live band and singing group The Formations were excellent, if you closed your eyes you would think you were listening to the original artists. They knew how to interact with the crowd and any inibitions were lost in the moment. Everyone that could stand were up on their feet dancing and singing along to the array of Mowtown hits belting out. Those in wheelchairs rocked to the beat and sang along. The theatre is clean with friendly helpful staff and lots of literature. It also has a bar providing several beverages. The auditorium is wheelchair accessible and the stage has a perfect view wherever you are seated.

This is by far the best library I have been to so far, I go to it as regularly as I can since it has such a wide range of books and sources to cite from. Its books are separated into certain genres on each floor, making it easier to find the book in its category. I would advise people not to wear coats and jumpers in this library because they always have the heating on to keep the moisture levels down - it can get very dehydrating - so always bring a bottle of water with you. Before anyone down-rates the library for music and singing, take into consideration this happen in ALL Hillingdon libraries as planned activities for local children. They even put advertisements for these sessions.
