We visited London in August and picked a day with great weather to visit Wimbledon. After getting off the train (the District line) at Southfields, it is about a 15 minute walk to the tennis club. It really is as beautiful as it seems when watching it on TV. The guide was quite knowledgeable and getting to see Centre Court was quite a thrill. I would recommend this visit to others.
