I cannot recommend Acu-Rate accupuncture highly enough! I started seeing Enka 2 years ago to help with my cycle & fertility. We created a bespoke plan to work with my body at each stage of the month. I really enjoyed our sessions; Enka is very professional, friendly and a wonderful accupuncturist. She took the time to understand the issues I wanted to work on & I felt immediately relaxed and calm when we began each appointment. The accupuncture made a huge difference to my body & mind and I was lucky to give birth to an amazing baby boy in January. I truly believe in the power of accupuncture and will definitely be back soon. Thank you Enka for everything!

Enka is amazing! She listens to all of your history and takes everything into account before deciding your treatment. I had been previously told I wouldn't be able to have anymore children due to previous issues and I decided I would try acupuncture to see if I could help myself and I am so glad that i did. I got in touch with Enka and after only 3 sessions i fell pregnant with my rainbow miracle. I will be forever grateful to Enka and what she has done for us. She is so lovely and caring and really does her best to help you in as many areas she can.

I had been struggling with severe pain in my neck and shoulder for almost a year. This was restricting my movement. My GP prescribed painkillers which I tolerated for a couple of months but they made me feel nauseous most of the time and didn't help with the pain. I decided to give acupuncture a try after a friend of mine had been to see Angela. At my first appointment Angela put me at ease and did a thorough assessment. She advised me that I had some trigger points in my neck and shoulder. I am afraid of needles but these are so fine I honestly didn't feel these. When Angela treated the trigger points I felt some popping sensations. The relief I got was instant. I was so embarrassed as I burst into tears. Angela reassured me that this sometimes happens when release occurs if we have been in pain for a while. I will definitely be having acupuncture again and can definitely recommend Angela. Ps I have had a fantastic cupping with massage treatment too. Brilliant.
