I have had three sessions with Arran for insomnia so far. I am starting to notice a difference and the feeling of inner calm has been growing since the first appointment. I feel so mentally and physically relaxed that I can hardly believe it. I am really looking forward to my next session. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes his time, so the sessions never feel rushed. The aftercare and lifestyle advice is also very good. I am happy to have found him.

After suffering from Peripheral Neuropathy for some time I turned to Acupuncture for treatment and came in touch with Aaron. He is a very knowledgeable young man and has made a terrific difference to my problem. I no longer have the numbness and pain in my feet and legs. Thank you Aaron.

Tracey has change my life! I love her! Amazing lady, very understanding, patient and full of empathy and care for her clients. I have Fibromyalgia and Migraine, up to 25 per month before the herbs! The herbs have cured my hot flushes, my Raynauds, my IBS, nearly eliminated my sinus problems and post nasal drip and my insomnia! I feel so much better,my quality of life has significantly improved as my overall health is now improving too, I have more energy and my immune system is stronger! I was very impressed with the treatment I received, very comprehensive and thorough to deal with a stubborn sciatica condition. With a daily exercise program provided, I am now seeing some improvements and hopefully with one more visit in a week or so, I will be considerably better.
