Can’t recommend acupuncture Lucy highly enough for anything to do with women’s health and fertility. She has a huge amount of knowledge and always goes above and beyond to help make me aware of all options available to me. She took the time to get to know me and was never judgemental. I have no doubt that the success of my IVF treatment was helped by Lucy’s preparation and support of my body through acupuncture both before and during treatment.

Love Lucy! She’s amazing at what she does and is super knowledgeable about everything woman’s health! Left every treatment feeling so relaxed. The difference acupuncture has made to my symptoms is amazing and after being to the doctors countless times without getting any further forward I am honestly soooo happy I found Lucy! A holistic approach to just about any health issue. Kasseem is a lovely man, he put me right at ease the first time I met him. He does a consultation and explains how he is going to treat you. The premises have a ramp from the pavement and disabled parking with 2 steps up to the ramp. There are treatment rooms upstairs and downstairs and a toilet on the premises. They are spotless too. During treatment there's nice soothing music being played to help you chill out. You can chat or not. Your next appointment is made there and then and you get email or text reminders if you wish. He can be contacted if you have any queries about any aspect of your treatment this way and he replies quite quickly, depending on clients of course. I've had acupuncture twice after having been previously put off. My friend Nancy has been urging me to see him for some time. Just a thoroughly nice experience. Lovely customer care.

I have been attending Wellbeing Natural Medicine since the beginning of this year. I went initially because I was a poor sleeper for many years. It's truly amazing how much accupuncture has helped my sleep pattern. I feel like a different person now that I get a good night's sleep. I have now set Kassem a new challenge and I'm having treatment for my back. Kassem and Anna are always so warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Kassem takes a holistic approach to your treatment and you feel he really cares. I would highly recommend Wellbeing Natural Medicine.

First went to visit Wellbeing Natural Medicine just over a year ago now with a frozen shoulder, I could not move my right arm and was in excruciating pain. After just 2 sessions I had almost 70% of the movement of my arm back and followed a course of regular treatments which worked wonders. I now go to Wellbeing Natural Medicine for monthly acupuncture treatments to keep on top of any aches and pains. Kassem is so friendly and puts you at ease and with over 40 years of experience it really shows, a true expert in his field.
