Our experience with Jon was exceptional. Every phase of the work was clearly described and defined. The design phase was enjoyable and collaborative, drawing together all our needs for the building. Planning application stage was well considered and strategic. Given our previous planning had been rejected, this was an important - and successful - stage. Implementation, I believe from the builders, was facilitated by the excellent, detailed plans. Jon was always at hand and responsive to any changes that had to be made and he had an excellent rapport with the builders. All in all, highly recommended.
