Alex and his team have been great in advising me on my plans for a double storey rear and side extension. They helped maximise our property's potential and goal of creating a 'forever home'. Planning permission was gained and the team supported me in preparing for council committee meetings. It was my first time undergoing such a process and the team were great in their support. RETSOF DESIGN REVIEWS

We used Retsof Design last year to help with design ideas to extend and improve the internal layout for our family home. In addition to coming up with several ideas after listening to our brief, we settled on a final layout which we received full planning drawings for. In my experience the design advice was fantastic, spot on to our brief, the drawing quality was great, they were produced quickly, accurately and were approved first time through the local council with no queries or challenges. Since then we have highly recommended Retsof Design to other friends who we also know have been delighted with the service and quality of drawings. Bearing in mind I work in the design and build industry, I would not hesitate to recommend Retsof Design to any new potential clients.

I commissioned Retsof Design to assist me with the design and planning processes necessary for a Certificate of Lawfulness for a garden room. From the first meeting, completion of drawings and through to completion of planning submission, Beth and James were both approachable, professional, provided a good service and value for money. I would use them again.
