“Arran Art Gallery has an extensive collection of artwork and is known for having one of the largest collections of artworks in Scotland. The gallery's main goal is to showcase and support the artists from the Island of Arran. Approximately 80 Scottish artists are represented in the gallery and online. 2025 Update: Arran Art Gallery showcases over 70 artists, many of whom are local. The gallery is home to two artists in residence. The gallery also accepts commissions and offers pieces for purchase online and over the phone.”

Local art gallery has done amazing collection. Didn't plan specifically for a visit but a pit stop at whiting bay took us to this gallery and we liked the collection.

So many beautiful pieces of art in here. Tranquil and peaceful shop no rush or push to buy anything. Wish I had the money to buy some of the pieces because they're stunning.

Superb shop, great art on show by local artists and a lovely lady running it.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff who are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Art and Joy made a lovely job of replacing the broken glass in my picture for me at short notice, very quickly and efficiently, without fuss. I would definitely go here again for framing or to buy one of the many pictures they have in stock.

I always look forward to visiting Art 'N' Joy! The gallery has such an eclectic and vibrant collection of art, and every corner reveals something new and captivating. The ambiance is perfect for browsing, and I often lose track of time admiring the various pieces.

Each time I visit, I leave feeling inspired and uplifted. Their expertise in framing is evident; they have helped me frame multiple pieces, and the results are consistently stunning. It’s a true joy to support local artists here, and I always walk away with something special.
