Called in today, as my left ear has been blocked for a few days, used oil at home, but lost sleep, very frustrated, fully blocked, couldn’t take anymore, receptionist was a very lovely lady, and Mr Milnes saw me, he was BRILLIANT, very nice, professional, he performed suction on both my ears, he was very gentle, he removed huge lumps of wax, it was amazing how much he removed, my hearing is back to been perfect, and I didn’t think my ears were that bad, I was very surprised, I feel great, DEFO recommend, really appreciate your time Mr Milnes.

I went for the first time today to the chesterfield hearing practice after months of not getting the correct treatment I needed through my doctors. I was seen by Kristin after the receptionist had done an amazing job to get me seen at such short notice. I have to say the practice was amazing and Kristin who treated my earring issue was brilliant. I could not recommend this practice highly enough and will be using them always moving forward. I’ve suffered for so long thinking doctors knew what they was doing when in fact seeing a specialist who knows exactly what is required is definitely the right way to go and worth every penny.
