Fantastic service over the phone, called up needing some tech advise on some hope free hubs, the guy I spoke to was excellent, he went to hope direct to confirm both of our thoughts on fitment. I went on to order a Freehub with Rush over the phone with the same guy who gave me a better price than I could find elsewhere and even got it to me from hope direct within 3 days. Cant fault this shop in anyway, I have also ordered hope parts online and they have been excellent at getting things to me on time. Thanks Rush.

Saved my son's Easter weekend riding. Had the parts needed in store, very helpful and friendly. Lots of honest advice, our new favourite bike shop.

Have a good selection of stuff in stock including some hard to find items I was after. Good price and prompt delivery, will use again.

Can't fault Jason at Bike it! I had an issue with gears skipping on my bike, tried a few things myself but it just wasn't getting better. I messaged him regarding having it looked at and he replied really quickly. Agreed everything before any work was carried out and it was all done to be collected next day! Great service and pricing. Definitely worth using the knowledge he has! Highly recommend!

I have been having my bikes serviced and maintained by Jason for the past couple of years. Always get honest advice, first class mechanical and customer service. Quick turn around and good value for money. No hesitation in recommending Bike It Cycles as the number 1 go to in the area for your cycling needs.

The derailleur broke on my bike whilst on holiday, I called up and was delighted to be told the sooner I got my bike there the sooner it could be fixed. Parts were in stock and the price was very fair. Brilliant service and I was back out on the trails the next day! Thanks for all your speedy help.

BRIDGEND CYCLE CENTRE REVIEWS

Bought a skate set up from Bridgend. Spoke with Natalie, who was sure to check in with me about correct sizing and make sure fit was on point, which it was. Kept me informed during the order process, and again when the skates were built and sent, even checked delivery dates were suitable! An extra set of jam plugs were missed in the initial order, and sent immediately with a handful of stickers. Natalie was brilliant, skates are lovely, already recommend Bridgend to my friends who skate!!!

Ordered a Colorlab pair of skates these people are amazing guided me through the process excellent communication spoke to them many times on the phone would highly recommend will order from them again.

These guys are always super friendly and accommodating. He has serviced two of my wheels and has done a top notch job both times. Would highly recommend.
