2025 Update: Rhode Island Coffee has a special coffee bean blend made just for them. Kath and the staff are brilliant, being disabled they looked after me wonderfully and brought my tray to the table for me when it was ready. The refurbished store is great, clean ,bright and the new tables and chairs and fantastic. Thanks again Stuart.

Visited this Costa branch today to get some breakfast. The store looks pretty new and smart. The staff were friendly and service pretty good.

Had to try the last Costa in Crewe and it was great, had my coffee made by mike and it was a lovely experience.

Really nice coffee, service and snacks eg Croissants, cakes and sandwiches. They have a selection of books at the back and when we arrived it was clear that we could relax and have a tea/coffee here.

Quite simply the best coffee shop in town friendly staff have a read of a book from there extensive range & enjoy the coffee with cake or a pastry what's not to enjoy .

It's very clean and very nice staff and the food and drinks are nice and hot, the frappes are very delicious and i really enjoy going there.

The baristas are always so friendly and efficient, and they genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. They're great at recommending new drinks and getting your order just right. The food options are also a nice touch, with a great selection of pastries and snacks to complement your drink. ?Ultimately, what makes Starbucks so great is its consistent quality and welcoming vibe. It’s more than just a coffee shop; it's a dependable and pleasant part of my daily routine.

Ebony is an asset to Starbucks, what excellent customer service and care demonstrated while we were visiting Starbucks on Weston Road. Ebony went above and beyond to ensure I had the best set up while I was breastfeeding my daughter and moving me to a table when one became available that wasn’t by the door to ensure my daughter wasn’t in a draft. While we had our drinks you could see her taking her job seriously and trying to ensure everyone she came into contact with left having the best experience! Great work Ebony, thank you!

Very quick service. Plenty of seating available when we went mid-morning. Very friendly and helpful staff.
