Joe started his career as a butcher after leaving school and continued in the trade until he was 22. He strived to expand his skills and later became the manager of a food factory. Still driven to further his knowledge and passion for cooking, Joe earned his degree to become a chef, finally founding Be Different Catering. The Be Different Catering team comprises a small, close-knit core and a flexible supporting team that can be called upon as needed. Be Different Catering provided afternoon tea for my recent retirement party. The food was excellent and enjoyed by everyone who attended I would highly recommend Joe’s catering service and definitely use it again.

Use Lettuce Catering for my 30th. The buffet was laid out beautifully and tasted amazing. Caroline was wonderful with me from the get go and even made up separate boxes for specific dietary requirements. Friendly team making delicious lunch time snacks and meals. Call ahead and order as the girls can get busy and will be sure to have it ready for you arriving.

Lovely presentation of food and the chicken tikka pasta was lovely. We ordered 9 lunch orders for 12 and it was delivered on time. Excellent service and outstanding food.
