Myself and my wife went into the shop today and the service was phenomenal. My wife wanted to have her phone screen repaired due to a crack but was advised that it would be very costly and due to the crack(s) not being severe, a screen protector would be the most suitable solution. It was refreshing to go into a shop and not have people just want your money but to in fact care about the needs of the customer. The whole experience felt very personal and we would have no hesitation using their services again.

Visited here earlier this week as I had broken my Iphone camera lens and I can honestly say I was amazed by how brilliant the customer service was by all of the staff. Within less than 30 minutes my camera lens was fixed, to a very high standard I might add. They did a brilliant job and I was delighted at the extremely affordable price too. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning if any more damage is done to my phone.

First class service, very helpful & competitive prices. Will definitely use for all our families phone needs in the future.

Great place to go to if you want excellent customer service and speed. A mistake was originally made where an incorrect battery was ordered for my phone because it was quite an obscure model, this was noticed on the day that the battery came and a replacement promptly arrived the next day. I had to pay no extra charge to install a new battery into my phone.

Good customer service, fast delivery. They were also able to give discount on service and product which has been very awesome. I highly recommend anyone to use them. Muhammed, the technician, was so calm and very helpful. He provided wonderful advice also
