Martina is incredible. I've had years of back treatments and problems, most recently having steroid injections. I've had 6 sessions with Martina - the first I was scared of hurting my back more and was generally unfit. Weekly sessions have helped me build strength, fitness and confidence which has resulted in much less back pain. Martina has been able to base a training programme around my back problems (taking guidance from Pete after a couple of osteo sessions). Highly recommend a block booking of 5 or 10 sessions if you're rehabbing from an injury.

A very professional and welcoming clinic. I came in with a very painful back/hip issue and saw Peter. His approach and recommendations helped me become pain free after the first week. I would recommend their services to anyone. I’m looking forward to trying out their strength and conditioning training next week so I’m sure I’ll have another review to write by then.

Claire was incredible with my father who has Alzheimer’s. She was patient kind and compassionate. And he has woken up this morning with no back pain!

The clinic is friendly and welcoming whilst always being professional. The reception staff are excellent. My care was carried out by Vicky who is an excellent practitioner - she demonstrated genuine interest in my issues and adapted her treatment plan with professional consideration and some creative thinking. I felt genuinely cared for. Would recommend.

A really well set up clinic. Good road access and easy parking make for stress free arrival and there is always a cheerful professional welcome. Elena is quite simply the best massage therapist I’ve visited and has made a huge difference to my stiff shoulders and upper back. Her release techniques are incredible!
