I contacted Life Balance with back pain I'd never had before. I knew it wouldn't be a "quick fix" due to an old back injury, but I am already seeing results and moving more easily. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Dr Jack has been great, explaining every stage of my treatment and answering questions have.

Life Balance Chiropractic have nailed all aspects of healing for pain patients like myself; they are genuinely caring, supportive, and fun! And that’s not just the Chiropractors! Front of house (you know who you are ) bring more enjoyment to my visits.

Both the Chiropractor, Harrison, and Kayla, doing the massage treatments have helped me greatly with my lower back pain and I wish I had come earlier. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been adjusted by numerous Chiropractors in the course of a number of years with no real result. When I came to Back In Form clinic (chiropractor Steve) I had so many different techniques applied and advice on exercise to do at home that I hadn’t had in all the years from the other Chiropractors. What is different here is they want to get you better not just keep you coming. I have a completely different life since I came to see Steve. I am imensely grateful and would recommend this clinic to everyone!

Brilliant...after a few sessions with Steve I feel great. Having back, hip and leg pain was affecting mobility and my sleep and it was getting me down. Excellent service of manipulation, acupuncture and advice on exercises. No longer taking painkillers.

Steve is very good at what he does and went that extra mile for me and my health problems. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and his techniques over the past few weeks with my back pain has been very beneficial. Always on time, good friendly team. Highly recommend.

Great sports massage from Jason today. Really helped to open up my hip joint and improve range of motion. Also did some deep work on my back which I didn’t realise was so stiff but has made me feel much more flexible. Thanks Jason.

Absolutely amazing experience and a very skilful muscle massage - re aligning the body and very good advice for stretches and strength training. Jason is brilliant, highly recommend him for all runners!
