I was recommended by 2 of my sisters to see DR Lindsay Beardsworth. I was struggling with a feeling of being strangled, my own GP couldn’t figure out what it was and put it down to stress and anxiety. Visited Lindsay, after 1 visit the strangling feeling reduced by 90%. After 2-3 visits I haven’t had any of my previous symptoms. Lyndsay is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend.

Found Salford Chiropractic Clinic couple years ago when I had my neck pain/tightness due to my job involving sitting at desks all day. I was lucky to meet Dr Lindsay and seeing her regularly, apart from treatment she also gives recommendations on exercise and desk set up which is very helpful! She is very friendly and kind I feel very relaxed during my session.

This was my first experience with a chiropractor, so you'll understand when I say it that I was a little worried on my first appointment. I had a lot of symptoms and for a minute thought was going insane with my condition that GP wouldn't recognise. Lindsay was absolutely fabulous and got me back on track with 3 appointments. I loved her approach and that she would never book you in for appointments unless she thought it was absolutely needed for your case. I know I will be back whenever I feel any pains or concerns showing up!

I chose this clinic to assist with some chiropractic rehabilitation, Adaam is a great therapist, very easy going, professional and courteous. I still attend and plan on doing so for the foreseeable to assist with my rehab. I'd highly recommend this practice. Fantastic.

After years of very little exercising, I joined for a weekly work out with Mike Dickinson, personal trainer and coach.I have been with him for just over a year now and feel so much stronger and fitter. He has been patient and instructed at my pace, building as we go. I also go to his weekly circuits class when I can which is good fun and a further benefit. Feeling fitter at 61 !

When I started getting treatments from Adaam I couldn't stand for a long time without getting terrible lower back pain, and I used to get constant tension headaches. The improvement on my back muscles after the first session alone were incredible. I recommend the clinic to anyone with stubborn stiff backs like mine.

COTTERILL CHIROPRACTIC REVIEWS

I had been suffering from debilitating headaches for several months, which could wipe me out for up to 10 days. They did not fall into any specific pathway to help the GP make a diagnosis and after an emergency MRI scan and various medications I was no further forward. The one constant was an excruciating pain forking from my neck upwards, so I decided to see a chiropractor. Janine very quickly diagnosed several problems including CGH (Cervicogenic Headaches). Since starting treatment with Janine and doing daily exercises at home, I now haven't had a headache for two months. I can't recommend the Janine highly enough – seeing a chiropractor works.

Janine is an excellent holistic chiropractor. Her experience of working with and on the human body is demonstrated in her practice and care for her clients. I have severe osteoarthritis in my hip and have my other is fully replaced, she has helped sort out my twisted pelvis and leg length. I've been able to have better movement and have more comfort in my body. I am sleeping much better than previously. I highly recommend her for a gentle yet thorough form of chiropractic treatment especially if you've never been to a chiropractor for treatment.

Janine did a great job sorting out my chronic neck and back pain. I’d been on strong painkillers for months and was able to stop taking them after only two sessions. I am a professional drummer/percussionist and had not been able to gig for ages. The pain was even affecting my teaching work too. Finally, I am back doing what I love. Am happy to have found a practitioner I trust.
