I took my laptop in for a new screen fitting. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Laptop is back like new. Great service and very reasonable price. Highly recommended for a very good IT repair shop....and happy to support a local small independent business.

Very satisfied with the service I received from CyberTech who provided a repair estimate required by my insurance company. For the same job, leading high street names wanted to charge £75 and send the laptop away for a week or more. CyberTech carried out a very efficient and thorough assessment of my badly damaged laptop, provided me with the estimate and paperwork required by my insurance company, all within 24hrs and at a vastly more reasonable cost. I'm not a computer expert, but CyberTech staff seemed very knowledgeable, and explained everything in language I could understand. Insurance company accepted the estimate and paid out for the accidental damage. I put the money towards a replacement refurbished laptop, sourced for me by CyberTech .
