I would have no hesitation in recommending Doug Morrison of Computer Clinic for any problems with computers/laptops/broadband etc in the NE. I have now used his services several times for my small consultancy business over the last 5 years and each time he has provided a reliable, fast response, and an intelligent and well-thought-through solution at a reasonable cost. He is good at explaining things simply and without jargon and is good at understanding what you need. Indeed, I asked him to put together a bespoke computer/printer system to meet my business needs and have been very pleased with it. Great guy, 5 stars.

Doug was nothing short of fantastic! Step daughter totalled my laptop screen. Rather than fork out £690 to replace the laptop took it to Doug who sourced and replaced the screen quickly and with no fuss at all, thoroughly recommend 5 stars!

Fantastic service from Doug. He took a computer that I was ready to throw out the window (put a SSD in it) and brought it back better than new! No hesitation in recommending.
