Had a problem with not being able to start up my laptop. Phoned TL and they said to bring laptop in ASAP which I did. Firsty on arrival at the shop I Had problems remembering my passwords which they sorted there & then. Problem on laptop was found to be with hard drive which they quoted for replacement. I agreed and l left laptop with them. First thing next morning I got a call to say laptop was sorted. Got to shop and cost as quoted. I got home and laptop fired up with no problems. In fact laptop is faster and more responsive than it has been for years. Can’t praise them enough. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again. FANTASTIC.

Always had great service and very useful advice when visiting, very customer friendly and a good stock of peripherals, and a good stock of refurbished pc's and monitors at great prices. Well worth a visit for you computer needs.

Oh my god, months of my own panic and despair was fixed by Simon in literally 3 minutes via email! I can't recommend him highly enough!
