3 Best Dog Trainers in Carmarthenshire, UK

I came across ClickStart Dog Training a year ago now and would highly recommend! I first started their Bronze Scent Detection course with my dog Hollie, we then progressed onto Silver & Gold and are now part of the Sniffer Club & doing Scent Detection Trials! Both myself and Hollie have found this a great way to increase our bond and it has definitely boosted her confidence! We loved the structure of ClickStart’s classes and decided to attend their Puppy class with my Collie puppy Toby. Which has benefitted us massively with his socialisation and covered many of the basics to set us up for success! Following on from the Puppy Class we decided to join the Tracking classes & we are thoroughly enjoying, it is creating a stronger bond between myself & Toby and he’s absolutely loving it! Both Cath & Wendy are very knowledgable trainers and offers great support system outside of the classes if you have any questions between your sessions! Not forgetting to mention they use kind, fun & effective techniques and reward based training!

My dog and I have just finished the bronze scent detection classes with Cath & Wendy. He made such quick progress and it's really helped grow our bond and his confidence. We were both apprehensive before the course but the atmosphere was so friendly and casual - just what we needed. Looking forward to starting our progression course next month!

I've used more than a few trainers and Darren & Jackie at Extremus are certainly some of the best. We did a week of one to one sessions and came away feeling confident and in control. We had excellent guidance and training and on top of that have found the perfect place to board our dog . A place I know he'll be well looked after and understood. The reactivity in our dog has come down 90% and we are still working on the last part, which I now have the confidence we can correct. Their love for dogs and animals is magnified by the fact that they also own a charity where they train dogs to track poachers in Africa to save wildlife. I can highly recommend Extremus for any dog owner . Issues can happen at any time with dog behaviour and they don't just go away. They take understanding and work from the owner and the dog. Trainers at Extremus are the real deal.

Both me and my dog had such a positive experience here. My German shepherd is very nervous which has in turn made her reactive. Everyone at Extremus dog training made us feel extremely welcome, calm & confident. They explained everything in great detail as to why my dog behaves the way she does and what I can do to fix it without making me feel like a bad owner. I would definitely recommend this training facility as they know exactly what they’re talking about and no question or time is too much. I left here today feeling like a brand new owner & ready to tackle the insecurities both me and my lil pooch have. Thank you again guys, you were great!!

We had dog training today at Extremus Dog Training and we would highly recommend. Excellent informative service from start to finish. We left the training with very high hopes and a positive attitude. We learn so much in one session. The instructor had excellent knowledge and genuine understanding of dogs and their needs. His patient and friendly approach put us at ease. Our dog adored him and the learning. 5 star! Highly recommend!
