I am incredibly grateful to the company for their outstanding effort and above-and-beyond service. I brought in some curtains for cleaning, only to discover they had plastic sewn into the tops. The company went the extra mile by contacting both the retailer and the fabric manufacturer to find out the best way to clean them safely. Unfortunately, neither provided much help. Despite that, the Dry Cleaning Co took it upon themselves to find a solution that protected the curtains during the cleaning process. Thanks to their care and initiative, the plastic didn’t need to be removed—saving me over £100. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. The curtains look fabulous in my lounge. I always have amazing quality results every time I pick up my clothes from The Dry Cleaning Co., even for stains that are hard to come off. Customer service is superb and they are open every day, so it’s very convenient. I will keep coming here for anything that my clothes may need.
