Currently having the pleasure of dealing with Manning Stainton Wakefield branch for both sale and purchase . Highly recommend them to any potential vendors or buyers. Harry who came out to do our valuation was helpful, Knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Leah, Millie and Alicia in the office have been an absolute pleasure to deal with so far, working so hard to ensure we get the sale and purchase that we want. It has taken less than a week from our house going on the market to getting an offer at full asking price and having an offer accepted on the property that we want and that is down to the ladies professionalism and great customer service when dealing with prospective buyers. I am now also going to be using their in house conveyancing team to hopefully get the seamless transactions we all want, I will review that team separately once we hopefully complete.

Leah has been helping me with the purchase of my first home. As this experience is all new to me, I have been asking a lot of questions about the property. Leah has been fabulous with all of my questions and even went to the property to get some boiler details for me. Leah has been back and forth with the seller and I have had a great experience. Thank you so much.

I recently used David to help me secure my mortgage on a Shared Ownership Property which are not easy to find lenders to lend. He was so easy to talk too and explained everything to me and worked through how much it would all cost and was always on hand to answer my questions. Kept me updated via email and was always contactable if I needed anything. He is very knowledgeable and can’t wait to use him again when I’m ready to remortgage.

David at Bridgfords supported us through the mortgage process where he was very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. David was super accessible, either meeting with us in the office or returning phone calls/ emails as soon as possible. We felt comfortable asking all the silly questions first time buyers usually have and he made the process stress-free.

Emma and the team were efficient and kept me informed all the way through the valuation, marketing and selling process. Would highly recommend them. A breath of fresh air after the previous estate agent who did very little.
