I recently used Wragg Mark-Bell for my sale and purchase, dealing with Wednesday Jones, their licensed conveyancer. They dealt with the matter efficiently and professionally, keeping me informed at all times of any developments which was especially important considering they are based in Carlisle and I am near London. The matters went very smoothly which I can attribute to Wednesday's attention to detail and excellent communication with all parties. I would definitely recommend using the firm (specifically Wednesday if she is available) and will be using them going forwards for other legal matters.

My wife and I retained WMB to do the conveyancing for the sale of her parents house. Despite living 250 miles away and doing nearly everything by phone and e-mail, the service we received from Rosie Negus was excellent, timely and very professional. Rosie answered all of our questions and, in the final stretch when the buyer wanted to move to a quick completion, was able to meet those timescales. The whole team at WMB are friendly and very easy to work with.

Wednesday helped to keep us updated through the process and has been so helpful. She has helped to make purchasing our first home as straight forward as possible and we could not be any happier. I cannot recommend Wragg Mark-Bell any more and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would.
