As a family, we cannot thank Ben enough for arranging everything for my aunt's funeral. I contacted Ben by mistake thinking I was contacting a funeral director in Towyn, North Wales. However, Ben still agreed to do the funeral even though it was 2 hours away and I'm so glad he did. Nothing was too much trouble and, as we live in Bispham, Blackpool, Ben arranged everything for us. Also, a huge thank you to Anthony who did a wonderful service. Thanks again Ben, Karen, John and famly.

We had to organise my aunt's funeral from quite a distance, which was not easy with so many unkowns. We appreciated Ben's pro-active and pre-emptive approach. His communication was excellent, responding to our queries promptly and with consideration. Roberts and Owen arranged the funeral of my late father, Emyr Wynne Jones, and from our first visit, all the way through to the funeral, nothing was too much trouble for them We dealt mainly with Janice and Alwyn, who were both extremely professional, caring and supportive throughout the whole process, as were the drivers and all members of the company.
