Always treated us with the utmost respect and dignity, he listened, accepted and assisted without compromise. He went well above and beyond to ensure ‘we’ were ok and even hand delivered documents outside of office hours. An absolutely brilliant firm, from the moment my Dad was collected to the end of the service, I could not have asked for anything else. The support the staff gave me was tremendous and really helpful at what was obviously a very hard time for myself and my family. If I had to give a score I would be giving Bastock's a 10/10 A special mention must go to Sam from the Yardley Branch, the help and support I received from her will be remembered for a long time. My sister and I were extremely pleased with the arrangements and care taken for our mother's funeral. Particular thanks to Bruce who was always on hand to offer advice and keep up to date with proceedings at all stages and on the day itself. Many of the mourners also commented on the hearses used which were silver and not the standard black. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
