The Creazione Wellness center with Katie was lovely. I especially enjoyed the Balance class on Thursday. Katie was lovely really kind, relaxing and helped me enjoy the class. I cant say I have ever enjoyed an exercise class before as I always felt intimidated but Katie was very welcoming. Looking forward to the following weeks.

Great place to get fit, atmospher is fab, everyone there is approachable. There's a cafe for a healthy meal, snacks and drinks.

I really like Creazione. It is a modern and well equipped gym, with a wide range of machines and free weights, and it’s reasonably priced as well .

Puregym Caerphilly...where do I start...joining in November was one of the most scary things for myself but as soon as I stepped foot in the gym, I felt comfortable. The people who work there are so friendly and make you feel at ease. All classes are brilliant but there's one for me that stands out the most and that's STEP...its my ultimate favourite...from learning different moves to the instructor Lucia...she is the best! She pushes you to keep going and her enthusiasm shines through her personality! I've also started having PTs with her which I am also thoroughly enjoying. Thanks Puregym Caerphilly, especially Lucia for helping me gain confidence in using a gym again!.

My local convenient gym. Staff are wonderful and helpful. The whole are is cleaned and maintained very well. Only thing I would highly recommend to be looked into is a cleaning facility station we could use wipe down our equipment afterwards!.

As someone who has previously always felt too intimidated to go to a gym, I can honestly say that PureGym Caerphilly is amazing. All of the fitness team are lovely and really friendly. I love the classes, in particular legs bums and tums with Lewis and pump with Edward.

If you’re looking to start or restart your gym experience you’ve definitely found the place! The guys at Team Rees Gym will make you feel at ease! Having recently completed two boot camps back to back they have a team bonding/ group experience feel to them and are really motivating. Richard and the team will not only show you what to do but provide you with the information to make changes to your lifestyle, benefiting your health and well-being. I would recommend Team Rees Gym to anyone in Caerphilly or the surrounding area.

I've been to a few gyms over the years, but I can honestly say that this is the best gym I've ever been a member of. John and the team are really welcoming. There is always equipment available and the equipment is top quality. Having moved over to the Caerphilly area, I'm so pleased to have found this place.

Joined the gym for bootcamp, ended up doing a second bootcamp because I enjoyed the first so much. Now training in the gym outside of bootcamp, everyone makes you feel welcomed and the atmosphere is great. The staff are all knowledgeable and willing to guide and help. Highly recommend.
