Over the years I’ve been a member of many gyms, both in Kent and London. I’ve been a member here for 6 months now and it is genuinely the friendliest, best equipped and most helpful gym I’ve ever been part of. The team are there to support you as much as you need, everyone is exceptionally knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and it’s a pleasure to train here. Gym safety and equipment is second to none. I feel lucky to have found The Core and I won’t be going anywhere else. I’ve found my home.

Amazing gym! Quality equipment in the heart of Maidstone with easy access, 2 hours free parking. The team are one of the nicest gym teams I’ve met in my experience, all super genuine with great sense of humour. Jay, the owner, is a really nice guy, funny and personable. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough! Especially now they’ve just spent over £100k on even more kit to improve it even further!.

By miles the best gym in Kent, premium equipment, excellent variety of kit, friendly membership base and phenomenal team. Significantly better than any of the chain or council run gyms in the area.

Without doubt the best gym I have ever been to! As a 51 year old thats been in gyms since he was 16, I can honestly say I have never experienced anywhere as clean, welcoming and perfectly maintained as Core. Jay and the team should be very proud of themselves. - Peter Reply

Well organised — easy to nip in, get your workout done, and be off again, which is a lifesaver when you’re pressed for time. It’s not massive, but everything’s in its right place, so you’re not faffing around looking for gear. Even when it’s heaving (which you’d expect at this price), you can usually find a way to slot yourself in. The Yanga water’s a nice little perk. Only thing I’d love to see added is a boxing or combat area — no punch bag or kit at the moment, though I guess that’s down to space or company policy. Overall, it does exactly what you expect — it’s tidy, works well, and straightforward. Spot on if you just want to crack on and get on with your day. Plus, there’s loads of branches dotted all over the UK, so if you’re travelling, you can easily find one and get your session done.

I was a member when it first opened but left and have been elsewhere for the last couple of years. My work are offereing a corporate offer so just popped in to check it back out. I am so impressed, there are loads more classes, it has a great vibe and staff seem lovely. I received a very warm welcome from Sam and James and really appreciate them taking time to show me round and explain everything. I'm also glad to hear Beth and Megan are still there as they were always amazing. I will definitely be signing up :o).

Throughly enjoy kits step classes thinking new year getting back to it. To find out this was the last step class I can do as other ones time is not suitable around children and work and no more on a wednesday.
