Julie dealt with our query and couldn't have been any more friendly or helpful throughout. She got a quote which was less than any I had found for my circumstances and kept us informed throughout the process, which didn't take very long at all. There was no hard sales push like I had experienced with another broker, she simply provided us with quotes and was happy to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend The Insurance Surgery Ltd and Julie in particular.

Julie Arthurs was absolutely fantastic, she explained everything and went through multiple scenarios/options with us to find us the best possible cover. We ended up with a cheaper monthly payment than anyone else could provide and with better cover to boot! Will thoroughly recommend to anyone who mentions insurance to me.

This company assisted me in getting Life Insurance when all other companies refused me. Sam Cox was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Just taken out car insurance with Howden and the whole process was done efficiently by Kane Tipton who was friendly and knowledgeable. He called back as he said he would and answered all my queries clearly. The quote wasn't the cheapest I found but I felt confident it was best for me. I would recommend Howden, thank you Kane.

Great service & competitive prices, i always use Howden Insurance for my insurance quotes, they are easy to contact, i get emails, phone calls & paper copies of my insurance policies. Kane Tipton was very friendly & helpful today, as are all the staff. Thankyou.

Sam at Howdew has been extremely helpful in helping in a claim. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. The price of polices have increased a lot which is disappointing but its the same for the whole country.
