Quite frankly, the service here is way beyond 5 star! The gentleman who helped my wife and I with a watch selection was so helpful. We haven't seen too many retail ( or other) outlets give this level of service and it really was a pleasure to shop here. Both the manager and his other member of staff were friendly and courteous. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Andrew at the Maidstone Branch of H.Samuel was extremely helpful when I was looking for a 40th gift for my daughter. He was extremely patient & as I knew I was looking for a silver pendant, but couldn’t decide. Andrew suggested a silver tree of life with a gold heart attached, it has the most wonderful inscription on the back, totally perfect . He is a credit to your store.

Excellent service by Gabby, I went in to order my wedding ring for the upcoming day and was so pleased that I could bring it home the same day. I have used HSamuel for years and will continue to do so after another good experience.

We went to Fraser and Hart to look at wedding rings for my partner. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. We were welcomed in straight away and offered refreshments - coffee and sparkling water. Freddie was so knowledgeable and thorough, explaining all our choices of different rings and metals. What we thought was just going to pick out a wedding ring turned out to be a whole experience that made us feel special and in the end we left with huge smiles and the perfect ring! We look forward to coming back and showing you photos from our wedding in Italy. Thanks again to Freddie and all the team at Fraser and Hart.

I came into this store recently to purchase wedding rings with my fiancée. We were greeted by Chloe who gave incredible customer service and made us feel at ease as we wasn’t too sure on what we wanted. Chloe had a great knowledge on the types of things that would work nicely with my fiancées engagement ring and made the experience very easy for us both.

Very friendly and helpful team. Hayley was exceptionally professional, informative and made us feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Used this jeweller to make a ring for my daughters 21st birthday. I showed them a photo of what i wanted and they used our gold from 4 generations of our family . It had great sentimental value. The customer service was faultless. They created a beautiful piece of jewellery on schedule and sent a video of the process which showed the smelting and creation. It was an amazing feature to be able to see it being made. Highly reccomend. She was blown away by her gift.

After searching far and wide for a real gold Yellow stone ring, I came upon this website. I was bowled over by the ring but also the price. I purchased the item which arrived less than 48 hours later, beautifully packaged and even more stunning in person. I cannot recommend this store highly enough and will be my first stop for any future jewellery purchases.

I needed the stone from my engagement ring reset as it had fallen out... a baguette replaced in the wedding ring and the eternity ring cleaned. Absolutely over the moon. Not only do the three look like brand new, the speed in which I received them back was fantastic. Highly recommend!! Staff very helpful and welcoming, very reasonably priced. I will be using their services in future. Thank you.
