Maneesha and Sue offered me a great service. I was supported in choosing a ring of my choice and was allowed to try as many rings as I wanted until I got the perfect. They were patient, polite, and very helpful. I was given all the information I needed about all the rings, they explained in detail about the insurance package and my mind was left at ease. Excellent service, excellent customer service.

Received excellent customer service from Lauren helping me achieve the perfect size with my ring at the Middlesbrough store today! So pleased that with her, Lucy and Emma’s assistance I was able to sort an exchange and keep my new special purchase.

Excellent service today in the Middlesbrough store. Manisha was very helpful when collecting my order and arranging interest free and sending off existing rings for cleaning. Also good with my two boys and keeping them happy whilst we were waiting.

Absolutely amazing service from Tom. He made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped foot into the shop. Thank you for making our wedding ring shopping experience special.

Tom helped with finding my wedding band, he was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! As well as being super patient with me being indecisive - thank you Tom!

Visited today and was greeting by Tom. He was absolutely amazing and saved my husbands ring from having to be sent away. He also kindly offered to clean my rings while we were there. He offered some great advice! Tom is a credit to the store. Fantastic service!

my experience today with two beautiful ladies, outstanding customer care and service, they both so kindly ensured i got what i wanted within my budget, so professional, kind ,well spoken and helpful, they both had me leaving the store with a smile on my face!! the two girls where very knowledgeable and efficient.the both made sure i left with exactly what i wanted and it’s absolutely beautiful thankyou to you both lovely to chat with, i will definitely be coming again.

Came into the store today and was served by a lovely lady called Grace. She did a great job, she had great customer service skills, very smart, well spoken lady and she really took interest in what we were looking for. Also great options in the store for jewellery.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots to choose from too. Although we didn't manage to get the ring my wife wanted, the young lady behind the counter was a massive help in getting it sorted. Top job.
