I got my kitchen from Xcel after getting a few quotes elsewhere. They offered me the best price but most importantly their service was expectional. I liaised with Armaan throughout the planning stage and I want to thank him for being so patience as I was quite indecisive! But with his help and advice we picked the perfect kitchen for our home. In store they had many samples and helped visualise what our kitchen would look like, which massively helped. Although, I did visit many times to change things around, I am very thankful for them being understanding and accommodating!! Armaan listened to what I needed and made recommendations and I am glad I took his advice. We also got our appliances and for the price we paid I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and brand of the appliances. Xcel exceeded and was able to have our kitchen ready within 3 weeks and we went with their fitter, who did a fantastic job. Every other company we spoke to said 2-3 months so I was super pleased at how quick they were able to deliver. The quality is remarkable and we have had many compliments from friends and family. I would highly recommend Xcel, they have quality kitchens, with the latest designs and experts on hand to advise. Also, really pleased with the customers service and you deserve a 5 star rating. Xcel Kitchen came highly recommended by a friend for our two kitchen projects, and I must say that our experience with Azhar, Asif, and the rest of the team (Armaan and Elaine) has been exceptional. From the beginning to the end of the process, they have demonstrated remarkable professionalism, ensuring that our order was delivered and completed within the anticipated timeframe. Any minor issues that arose were addressed promptly and without any inconvenience. The team is truly outstanding to work with, exhibiting no sales pressure while providing the best possible advice, regardless of whether a purchase is made. They are friendly, accommodating, and maintain a high level of professionalism in their respective roles.
