Two adults and two boys aged 11 and 9 enjoyed a thrilling 5 hours at this location and we could have stayed much longer. There are Mad Lab displays by Professor Nitrate that last 30 minutes each. These presentations were a mix of fun, humour, entertainment and learning, even for the adults. Lots of hands on things for kids in the exhibition. A very informative film on the discovery of gunpowder and its uses. There is a rifle range for the over 10s and they can build there own rockets.
