So glad we found Steve - what a lovely guy. He made two visits and did a great job upgrading 4 locks, as well as fixing a window and 3 doors. Very friendly, funny and explained everything very patiently to my elderly mother. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was done just right. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and reasonably priced too. Can’t recommend him enough

We are so glad we found Stephen .We were locked out and had to catch a flight, and despite us calling him at the dead of night he was very professional and incredibly present. He still did a great and thorough job. He charged a reasonable price, even though he knew that we were under a lot of time pressure. We feel very lucky to have found him.

Steve was prompt, professional, and courteous. Not only did he replace my door lock efficiently, but he also provided helpful tips to prevent future issues. I highly recommend Secure A Key to anyone in need of reliable service!

The price was very reasonable, and he was genuinely a nice person. Friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend if you need a fast and reliable locksmith in the area.

Stephen was amazing! Arrived within 30 minutes, unlocked within 5 minutes. Very genuine and nice guy, a pleasure to have him over. Will be in touch for some work on my lock. Highly recommend.

A interior door latch had broken in my 100-year-old house - almost certainly an original fitting. In the past, on a different door, I'd been told that it was too old to repair and would need to be replaced with a more modern fitting. Not this time. Connors had a supply of the old springs needed. They came very quickly, assessed the situation, took the latch away and within a few days it was back, working again, for a very reasonable price.

Very happy with the replacement of a broken door lock carried out by Dave and his colleague Darren. Michael also very helpful on the phone when I booked the appointment. Very knowledgable and reasonably priced. Thanks for getting it sorted so quickly.
