I had some severe lower back issues and I saw Stefano two weeks ago. The first session was amazing and he released a lot of tension through my back and gave me some great exercises. Then I had my second session today and again, Stefano was phenomenal. He worked on my knee and back, as well as my neck. And I feel the best I've felt in years. Thank you so much, Stefano.ence.

Michelle was extremely helpful and professional. She made sure that I understood the cause of my discomfort and how to overcome them. After the treatment, my shoulder instantly feels better. I have booked my next appointment straight away.

Laura was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and explained each step of what she was doing and why. She also gave recommendations for going forward to relive and reduce pain. Highly recommend.

Nadia was recommended via our daughter who lives in Sittingbourne, that's how myself and hubby started our full body massage; addressing lower back, shoulder pains, niggling knots and general overall well-being. Since then, we have been going regularly from London; combining visiting our daughter and Nadia. Nadia's passion and dedication to her work together with her bubbly personality shines through the minute you stepped into her clinic. Once the the 90 minute session is finished, you feel rejuvinated, and the knots and pains are melting away. We highly recommend it to anyone as it's the best money and time we spent on our health and well-being.

Having lower back pain was killing me I had to go for massage for the first time. Seeing Nadia has really helped my lower back pain which I was struggling for the last 3 days. No pain no gain will definitely coming here again. Feel so much released from knots and strapped.

I had a lash lift and tint from Lisa and I’m so happy with them! They were just perfect!! Lisa was so friendly, helpful and she seems to absolutely love what she does and it shows. She went above and beyond to get me in before a wedding I had. I’ll definitely be back when they need doing again and maybe treat myself to the other amazing treatments she offers.

I’ve been having gorgeous facials using products with essential oils to give my ageing skin a boost and I can already see improvements. Not only do I get the luxurious facial but Lisa includes a wonderful neck and shoulder and scalp massage. It’s a super relaxing bit of me time!

This was my first appointment with Lisa after moving to the area and it was just what I needed after a stressful few weeks. Massage and facial both left me feeling relaxed and refreshed for the rest of the day. 100% will be returning.
