We went to the store in Crewe Grand Junction to look for a new mattress and bed as our current one has been causing serious back issues for my wife. We were greeted by Claire who was an absolute pleasure, and advised us both on the specifications of many different mattresses that would suit our needs while we tried each mattress out. Even though the store officially closed at 18:00, Claire locked door and continued to help us through our purchase until we finally reached a decision. I have to say that Claire’s knowledge on many different mattresses in the store was remarkable and her sales approach was fantastic, it was almost like we were buying something from a fried or family member.. Thankyou so much Claire, we will definitely be popping into the store with the picture of our new bed & mattress as we promised.

I was kept updated with what time the guys would likely arrive. The caller was courteous and professional. The team arrived within minutes of when they said they would arrive. When they arrived, all three of them gave a friendly welcome and they all seemed approachable. The room where the bed was going to was confirmed and a route to that room was planned. It seemed a professional was to do the job, not just “let’s try and see if it’ll fit”. The team worked hard to lift and move the very heavy mattress, keeping their cool all the way through the manoeuvre. Once all the pieces had been brought into my home, the team confirmed that I was happy with the products and kindly asked me to sign. The team used shoe covers throughout their time in my home to protect my carpets and took great care of my walls, doorways and other furniture. A top quality delivery that are a credit to your company.

Went into store to browes and found an ideal kingsize bed we had been considering for ages.Great price as in sale which made it very attractive. did not like headboard colour until the lovely assistant advised available in different colours which included our ideal choice. Totally unplanned we bought the bed assistant was most helpful in everyway. She did pressure us and explained the delivery rules etc. A really good experience Sylvia and Stuart Evans.

The assistant Rachel was very helpful. We were able to try out a few mattresses of differing firmness. On deciding to go ahead and purchase goods we were offered seating at the desk area and taken through the process to complete our order. We were offered hot or cold drinks and each step explained fully in what we had ordered. Our experience was relaxing and Rachel was very knowledgeable about the goods . Thank you.
