Lisa is extremely helpful her in a manager as we both are both cheerful both extremely helpful both extremely polite let myself pick what I chose but supporting me to what I was asking being polite informing Myself about each product that I was asking about very knowledgeable on your goods extremely polite, friendly people I would give them both 10 out of 10 Calm and extermly Relax, I couldn’t quite persuade them to give me a free neck cushion, Had a slight conversation about the Olympics as you were supporting the Olympics and the people who disabilities hydrate their doing your staff are very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to do business with yourself And staff should be rewarded in a polite manner from myself to say thank you.

We went to Dreams Hereford to find a new mattress and bed frame, and Lorna made the whole experience fantastic. She took the time to test us on the mattress simulator, advise us on pillows, and show us around the shop. She even went above and beyond by taking care of our two kids while we made our decision. Lorna offered us drinks, and the boys loved the squash! We ended up finding the perfect mattress and bed frame, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to Lorna, we'll be sleeping comfortably for years to come.

Very friendly service. Offered me a cup of tea/coffee which was nice. Lay on the special bed which takes various measurements and the selects the most suitable mattress type which was a soft mattress in my case. Offered me a soft pillow of my choice to help decide which mattress I liked best. I selected a Rest Assured mattress. Overall very impressed with the service and would recommend Dreams to other people.

Love this company, I have bought from them on a number of occasions. Really friendly and helpful. What I really like is they can tell you straight away if the goods are in stock or if not exactly when they can get it for, usually within a week. Delivery date and I hour slot booked. Quality goods at a very reasonable price. Beats the large chain stores hands down for service. Within the city delivery is still free!! What's more they can recycle your old mattress for a small fee. Free parking outside the store too.

Its like a Time Machine going back to better days where nobody asks you to go on their app, leave your email or over complicated modern faceless nonsense. You just go in, get great service and leave happy.

Bought a mattress from hear, good selection, anoushka who severed me really professional & a lovely person, would definitely go back also plenty of parking.

Excellent. Nicely laid out show room with a choice for every taste. The Salesmen were readily on hand with no perceived pressure to buy. Our salesman was Barrie, who introduced himself, offering his assistance. We already had in mind what we wanted and were directed to view the 3 seat sofa of choice. The transaction to purchase was completed efficiently. All in all, a pleasant and successful visit, for the selection of quality furniture "Annetts" is well worth a visit.

Thank you to the customer service team and particularly the warehouse/assembly team for attending my property at short notice to dismantle my Alpha 4-door wardrobe. The guys were so friendly and helpful and offered invaluable advice for reassembly as we are relocating out of the area. Thank you so much! It was greatly appreciated - I would recommend Annette’s to anyone.

We have just had four Parker Knoll seat cushions replaced at the instigation of Richard at Hereford. This has been completed over a distance of 500 miles as we together with the furniture have relocated to Scotland. Distance is obviously no problem! Top marks all round.
