I have to share how amazing Fairweathers have been with dealing with my negligence claim and how a very complex string of unfortunate health issues that snowballed due to the original negligence was handled in a relaxed professional manner by Nick and his team, I was really nervous about seeking legal advice after I suffered a long delay for a stage 3 Cancer diagnosis at the hands of my local GP surgery, but from my 1st meeting with Nick Fairweather and right the way through working with Steve Evans on what ended being a rather long complicated case i was always made to feel totally at ease and listened too. I'm just so glad I did contact Fairweathers as I have recently and very happily settled my case and feel that thanks to Fairweathers and all their hard work it was settled fairly and honestly. I really do recommend Fairweathers Solicitors to anyone who feels they may have suffered any medical negligence.
