Having been unsuccessful when we approached a bank directly we thought our chances of getting the mortgage we needed was slim. So we contacted first mortgage to try and make our dream of being home owners come true. Karly McLauchlan from Dundee branch was our mortgage advisor and she is absolutely top notch. Right from the off my confidence was boosted by Karly as she really knew what she was talking about and thought we could achieve the mortgage we needed. Karly was very efficient and within a day or two had a good idea of the amount we could borrow. She did all the work and put our application together. Alison Holland and Karly both worked hard to push our application through and we have just had the great news that we have been offered what we needed. Karly has also been working hard on providing all the insurances that we thought was important. She is an absolute star and just the best!!

Thank you to everyone at First Mortgage Dundee- especially to Karly McLaughlin, Stephanie Duncan and Alison Holland who kept us up to date with everything from the get -go. We, as a family, really appreciate everything you have done for us. We don't know how to thank you. Our lives are going to be so different in our own house. Stephanie obtained our decision in principle swiftly, and then Karly took over from there, and everything was so well done and thoroughly explained. We were kept up to date every 2/3 working days throughout our wait. We can't wait to move into our new home but just want to thank everyone at First Mortgage Dundee for everything, you don't know what this means to us!

Buying a house can be a stressful experience but every step of the way Stephanie has been there to guide us through the process. No question was never too daft. James has done an outstanding job of guiding myself and my partner through out first mortgage application. We could never have dreamed the process to be so smooth and straightforward, James was always on hand to answer any questions, was extremely reassuring and made the whole journey really exciting. James and his team took care of everything for us, I would recommend The Mortgage Finance Store to everybody!

James and the team are brilliant to work with. They explore all options available for you, and will always find you the best Mortgage and the best deal, even in challenging circumstances. I never have to worry about renewal dates etc., as the team contact you in plenty of time of your existing deal coming to an end. Can't recommend them enough, and would advise anyone looking for a new or replacement mortgage to speak to the Mortgage Finance Store before going anywhere else.

We have used The Mortgage Finance store for about 10years during which time we have bought 2 flats and renewed our own house mortgage . Throughout the years we have consulted James on many issues and we have never been disappointed , he has consistently come up trumps .
