Fantastic help and service from both Natalie, Vicky and Sheridan. We have worked with other brokers who are good however I would say what makes Jake stand out is the level of communication, how easy it is to speak with him, get a response etc. all vital things when you’re sorting a mortgage out. Jake is literally the mortgage master! I would highly recommend Jake to anyone, he is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. Jake’s communication throughout has been second to none. From phone calls in the evening to answering emails on bank holidays, Jake has kept me informed every step of the way.
