This is one shop i would definitely recommend an enquiry when looking for a musical instrument. I bought guitar from them based on a photo , when i contacted them i found them to be honest, helpful, even after hours, No bull, no sales pitch, a pleasure to do business with.

I've been involved with the Academy for a few years now and the work they do is extremely important to the Blackpool community who want to pursue thier musical talents but can't afford to. I feel they provide a great service to a widening demographic of all ages and abilities who consider music important, providing a safe place and an opportunity for all to express themselves through music.

My son really enjoys his drumming lessons at the Blackpool school of music. Great teacher.

What an amazing company! Their enthusiasm, passion and knowledge is so evident in everything they do. They are fun, inclusive and approachable with the children, and after trying other local classes, my daughter's heart is firnly with the Chris Higgins team. I wanted my daughter to fall in love with the magic of theatre and performing, and Chris, Jess and Megan have made that happen effortlessly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to come and try the classrs and sessions, best move you'll ever make.

Chris Higgins and his Team, came highly recommended, and they have exceeded all my expectations. They have instilled confidence in my daughter which I never thought I would see and provided her with professional industry specific advice to enable her to develop. Plenty of opportunities are provided for students to perform and showcase their talents. A company who work to each persons ability and leave no-one behind. Just wonderful.

My daughter absolutely loves attending chris Higgins music, theatre and dance. She attends street,acro ballet, cheerleading and musical theatre. Her confidence has grown so much and her stage presence has also grown. She has made many new friends and looks forward to her lessons The opportunities chris Higgins music theatre and dance offer are amazing. Very professional tutors with a very relaxed friendly approach would certainly recommend !!!.

Everything a good teacher should be; very well-qualified and his qualifications and teaching and other work experience are clearly stated on his site and verifiable. Happy to be reviewed, no punitive notice periods or terms/conditions, and free taster session, which is what every good piano teacher offers. Classically trained but can, and does, teach a variety of styles to a high standard- a classical background is the best preparation whatever type of music you're going to play or teach. My kids greatly enjoyed learning with him and did well. Would definitely recommend, but whoever you choose, only consider someone who offers all the above.
