Very attentive staff even though the shop was busy. Very accommodating to all my requests and repeat frames ordered without fuss. Very satisfied and would recommend. Had the OCT again and glad that my retina is being monitored.

Friendly and professional staff helpful but not pushy and everything explained clearly even though the store was very busy I was made to feel welcome and relaxed and seen to in minutes.

The staff are excellent made me feel at ease and they are friendly nothing too much trouble, thank you all so much for today, definitely recommended every time

I think the staff are great and go out of their way to help. Me and my husband spent 2 hours on our last visit. They where still as friendly at the end as they where when we first went in.. The optician is very thorough in her work patient and very knowledgeable.

I was seen very quickly when I experienced visual disturbances, and was given a very thorough examination and explanation of what was happening. The optician was very reassuring and kind, as are the other staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From walking through the door to leaving , everyone I met was so helpful and friendly. Plenty of advice and never felt that i was being rushed. Highly recommend.

Very positive and stress free experience with my 91year old dad who has a couple of complex eye problems . The optician was thorough and patient and explained things perfectly. The lady (sorry don't know her title ) who sorted him with glasses was efficient and not at all pushy. Definately recommend.

Superb opticians, very friendly and very helpful, from the minute I walked into their premises. Very informative and clearly know their trade. Required a set of glasses and they went out of their way to get them hand delivered, can highly recommend this family run business.

When my great aunt needed her eyes examined, we contacted Smith Family Opticians where Kevin looked after her superbly. Excellent equipment and service. Highly recommended. 5*+
