Incredible! My very nervous French Bulldog rescue came out looking and smelling amazing - but more than that, when I went in to collect her she was being fussed by all the staff and was being spoilt rotten. I was completely neurotic when I booked but Nicola listened to me waffle on and nothing was too much trouble, I felt 100% confident that she was going to be looked after. Would highly recommend them.

I took my little dog here after a two years since her last groom and I must say I am very impressed! Customer service was kind and gentle and my little Min came out smiling and looking beautiful! Extremely reasonably priced to top it off. This will be our go to place from now on.

Took our dogs Mulder and Scully to Wagnificent for the first time today. They did a fantastic job on both of them and were quite friendly! We will definitely be taking them again for their next grooming.

Had all three of my mini schnauzer’s groomed they look fabulous, so pleased, I’m a very fussy person and like my girls cut a certain way they definitely meet my high expectations- I highly recommend them. Just updating my review - I’ve been using the groom room for awhile and all three of mine come out looking stunning. Again a happy customer.

Took my 7 year old Westie, Teddy for a groom today. His first time here since his previous groomers closed their business. I was quite nervous as he has his own habits. However, found there was nothing to be worried about. We are very pleased with his groom from Ella, today and have booked him in again.

After Honey's groom yesterday she now looks and smells fantastic. Thank you so much. She loves coming to you.

Great from start to finish! My Pomchi puppy first time at the groomers and it exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous leaving her alone in the shop but staff were lovely and very reassuring. Mia came out with her tail wagging and smelling fresh! Highly recommend, haircut is perfect not too much taken off but still a good trim, and nails and paws included.

This was Poppy my Cavapoochons second groom with Jamie. She was so happy to see him, unlike where I have been before where she would shake and not want to leave me. I like that Jamie keeps her hair a good length like I ask rather than scalp her which so many other groomers seem to do. She smells absolutely gorgeous and stays so soft for weeks. The salon is lovely, clean and has air con which is great on a hot day like today. I am so happy to have found a great groomer. I travel for 30 minutes to get to PetSpa as its the best.

I've been to many dog groomers over the years and had no idea how many subpar ones are out there-until I found Jamie at Pet Spa Essex. Without a shadow of a doubt, Jamie is the best. The care, professionalism, and results are unmatched.
