My little pup Cookie can be a proper little madam sometimes, and protective of her personal space. Over the years, she’s learnt to include Lianne at Lovely Pups on her very small list of trusted people. I couldn’t ask for a better set of people to trust Cookie’s care to, always helpful, and the cuts that she has there are top notch. Thoroughly recommended if you’re lucky enough to join their customer list.

I took my dog Hamish here today for a full groom. The ladies were lovely and friendly and very sweet with my dog who can be a bit nervous with strangers! They did a great job and he was very clearly very happy and comfortable in the environment when I picked him up an hour later! Highly recommend.

Our dog Doris adores going to Lovely Pups. She is always so well looked after and comes home looking fabulous. The team are friendly, warm and welcoming and give great grooming advice.

Took our Maltese who is an old lady to poochie palace for the first time today. Her usual groomers have closed down. When we left her she started barking, when we went to pick her up she was sat on Liv's lap eating treats, she looked so happy. Liv did a great job of grooming her and we loved the little bow on her collar. We booked her in straight away for her next groom in 8 weeks time.

Thank you so much for fitting our golden cocker spaniel in for a trim at such short notice in Kingswood.I know he's not the easiest but you did exactly what we requested & a lovely job. I've never seen him so happy & relaxed when I collected him. Would definitely recommend you to friends.

Iris first visit to poochie Palace 2 day and she's looking fabulous ???? so so pleased with how she looks and staff so friendly and listen to what you want

My little miniature dachshund had the best day ever at daycare! Jenny and Cory are absolutely amazing, you honestly couldn’t leave your dog in better hands! Simone (the owner) was very welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to book her in for a full groom and some doggy reiki.

1st class grooming. I can highly recommend the dog saloon. Simone is extremely experienced and with that comes excellent service, given to all dogs. Always with such love, calmness and care.
