Alison and Gareth are kind and caring to my 2 fur babies. The groom is done with no restraints which puts the dogs at ease. They leave the parlour happy. A happy dog is a happy owner. Thank you Alison and Gareth. I wouldn’t take my 2 anywhere else.
Both of my rescue dogs have been going to Alyson and Gareth since I got them both as puppies. I know my dogs would absolutely hate going anywhere else that would tie them up and force them to be dry. Here they get treated amazingly and the dog’s feelings are taken in to consideration. You are excellent for dealing with Pria and her dramatic ways.
Love it our dog Jaffa has been going here since being a pup and he always has a great cut and smells delicious afterward.
Very friendly and my dog looks and smells amazing. But also very different to most groomers they care about your dogs feelings. They allow me to stay with my dog when hes being groomed as hes quite nervous, they dont restrain him to groom him and they dont use cages. Very professional and caring - Helen T Reply
Such lovely people. Caring and knowledgable, always put dogs feelings first. Iv been taking my 3 dogs here for 11 years since they were pups, they love them. I think the best part of this groomers is that are like no other groomers - everything thing they do is to make sure the dogs are ok. Alyson's care for dogs shines through. She has an amazing amount of patience with my rescue dog Zeus. I would highly recommend this dog groomers to everyone. The entire process is so calm and stress-free no cages, no restraints, just one-on-one care. I loved that I could stay with my dog the whole time, which made both of us feel comfortable and at ease.
