I had a procedure carried out for a frozen shoulder. Whole experience from start to finish was excellent and very professional. All members of staff were very helpful. My 6 months of shoulder pain was diagnosed and procedure carried out same day. The relief is amazing, with most of my symptoms away. Fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.

First appointment at Life Fit with Stewart in the ultrasound-guided injection clinic for a neuroma on my left foot. Stewart was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and put my mind at ease about the injection. He was very thorough and helped me understand the injury better and how I can manage it in future. Exceptional service and I only wish I had found this clinic sooner.

Attended physio with Shane regarding acute shoulder pain that put me out of action for a month. After several sessions and treatments, I have my mobility, strength and confidence back. Very grateful for his services. Shane is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and friendly in his approach, highly recommend him.

Gordon helped me with my shoulder. Exercises were explained well and encouragement given. Gordon listened to my issues and diagnosed appropriate action. With Gordon’s treatments and prescribed exercises I am now very much improved after only four sessions and suitable to self manage the issue. Great service and decent chat which is always helpful.

My son experienced a knee injury playing rugby. From our initial assessment through to the end of the 3 treatment sessions, Scott was fantastic! My son's knee healed quickly thanks to Scott. When dealing with the team in the office through to Scott, our experience couldn't have been better - friendly, helpful staff in the office who responded quickly and were very accommodating and a great physio! Highly recommended the team here.

I am a 75 year old who had fell and damaged ligaments in both knees and made an appointment with Lewis. Lewis observed that my gait was not to good I advised that I had been told by the doctor to start using a walking stick which I was determined not to do. My initial assessment identified several areas the Lewis proceeded to work on. After being treated for a year I have improved so much, improved gait, back, balance and hips. Don’t quite know how to thank Lewis for his empathy and patience and would recommend anyone having walking difficulties to make an appointment. - CJ

As someone who normally has hands-on treatment with Michael, I am extremely satisfied with the phone consultation and home exercise plan provided by MH Physio. The phone consultation gave me good guidance on how to prepare for and carry out the home exercises, both for stretching and core strengthening. The program provides instructions with illustrations tailored to your needs that are easy to follow. I have been using the program for 8 weeks now and find it very beneficial, my plan is to carry on using it to gain long term core strength and associated health benefits. - Jim
