I originally saw Lyndsey for a hand problem, she was treating me for that when I mentioned I had an occasional flare-up of a long term problem. She immediately tried to help with both problems. There was some improvement at the time, but since one problem I've had for about 30years, comes and goes, but still present from time to time. Lyndsey was very friendly and professional and I recommend her completely should you need a physiotherapist.

Really pleased with the treatment I received from Claire at Alpha Physio. She was very good at listening and designing a plan to help me recover from a knee injury that I was just going to ‘wait and see what happens’. I’m so happy with my experience and would recommend alpha physio to anyone that feels they need support to recover.

Molly is brilliant! I first went to Alpha with an injury as I was training for the London Marathon. Molly was friendly and professional and the treatment and support I have received has been excellent. I highly recommend Alpha to anyone needing physio!

I’m very happy to recommend Rushmere Physiotherapy Clinic. In need of urgent treatment for my arm and shoulder I found the clinic through an internet search and was impressed by the outstanding reviews. Booking was simple and I was given an appointment the same day with Ryan, who immediately diagnosed the problem and gave excellent remedial treatment as well as a course of exercises, videos of which were emailed to me before I’d even left the clinic. He relieved the pain instantly and explained why doing the exercises regularly would alleviate the symptoms. I did return for a couple of follow up appointments at my own request, and I’m so grateful for the improvement and the clear explanations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again should I need further treatment.

We have used Rushmere Physiotherapy on numerous occasions and have always been very impressed with the professionalism, service and time taken to understand the issues. They have gone above and beyond to help get us fit for key events and are my number 1 physio to recommend to other sporting families.

After recently finding a new love for running, my 57 year old knee decided otherwise! However, after following some great advice from Mark and religiously doing the strength exercises he recommended, I'm seeing a big improvement in just a couple of weeks and, I've been able to continue running!

Had started to limp due to problems in right hip. Tried yoga, pilates and swimming but none of these worked. Had started to think that nothing would help but after only a few sessions with Chris I am now pain free and do not limp. I can walk feely and without discomfort. The exercises are simple and easy. Chris also does hands on treatment when I see him. He listens to you and the programme he designs for you is tailor made. He has made a huge difference to the quality of my daily life. Would thoroughly recommend Chris.

Chris helped me with a knee injury that I had misdiagnosed as my IT band, doing the exercises he reccomended has kept me pain free since the appointment and allowed me to stick to my training plan. Safe and professional environment, would highly reccomend for runners!

I went to Chris for some shoulder issues that I've had for a long time now, he was really friendly and helpful and after just a couple of sessions he managed to fix it, can highly recommend him!
