Without a doubt, the very best physio therapist I’ve experienced. I honestly have been sceptical in terms of physio after receiving physio therapy through the NHS on many occasions. On my very first visit after knee surgery on both knees, Gav whatever he did, made my left knee which was extremely sore and stiff feel almost normal, this all on the very first visit. I was simply blown away and can’t thank him enough for what he did for me. After just 3 appointments I was cycling on my bike once more, and a few more I had my full strength and mobility back. I cannot recommend him and his team’s services enough. If I could give more stars I would. I will use no one else now if I require physio. Thanks again Gav I truly appreciate all your help, advice, knowledge and support throughout my recovery.

I have lower back and headache problems. I had 6 sessions with Gav and for the first time in6 months I got relief from my headaches. I now go to Laurence's pilates class and it's great set at exactly the right level, the hour just flies in. All the guys are so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend the physio and pilates.

Had tendinitis in both shoulders and went to Gav and the team for help. They were very knowledgable and helped me back to full fitness. If you need any help, this is the team.

Incredible knowledgeable on my condition. Extremely helpful, understanding and for the first time since I started dealing with these pain issues, I felt like someone understood my pain, which almost gave me as much relief as the pain management itself. Having Tim understand my injuries in such detail is what I’ve been looking for and I’m very excited to continue my treatment. Very impressed with everything I experienced today with Tim, I couldn’t have asked for much more for my first assessment. Highly recommended.

He takes time to explain what’s going on and tailors exercises that make a real difference. His advice and approach have been extremely helpful, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing physiotherapy.

Sophie my physiotherapist went into great detail about how I felt after my first visit. She explained how my session today would help my recovery. She treated me while explaining how and why she was working with my injury. I was given in-depth exercises to help my recovery and honestly I couldn’t be happier about my visit.
